VETRICONN INC. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction to VetriConn’s Terms of Service

Each time you access or use VetriConn’s online or mobile platforms including any VetriConn websites, mobile applications, browser extensions, or plugins, regardless of where they are downloaded as well as any related software, services, features, products, programs, or communications (such as emails, notifications, or other messages) provided by or on behalf of VetriConn (collectively, the “Site”), you are:

(a) confirming that you have read and understood our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy;

(b) agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) with the applicable VetriConn entity or entities.

By using the Site, you agree that your right to access and use it is strictly limited to these purposes. Any attempt to use the Site for other reasons will automatically revoke your license to use it.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, VetriConn is not an employment agency or representative of any Job Seeker or Employer. VetriConn operates the Site solely as an independent contractor and does not have the authority to act on behalf of, or make hiring decisions for, any party. Nothing on the Site or in this Agreement should be interpreted as creating an agency or representative relationship between VetriConn and Employers or Job Seekers.

If you are using the Site as an employee or representative of an Employer or Publisher, you agree to this Agreement on behalf of both yourself and the organization you represent. You confirm that you have the authority to bind that Employer or Publisher to this Agreement.

You acknowledge that VetriConn holds copyright ownership over the Site and its services, including all compiled information and content provided through it.

VetriConn reserves the right to reject, remove, or limit the visibility of any User Content (as defined below), and may suspend or disable any account or restrict your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, with or without notice. While we may provide a reason for such actions, we are not obligated to disclose all reasons for removal or account suspension. We retain the right to take any such action when we believe it is in our or our users' best interests.

We may update this Agreement at any time by reasonable means, including posting the revised terms on the Site. Any changes will apply only to actions or claims made after the update date. Continued use of the Site following any such update will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. The “Last Updated” date on each section indicates the most recent modification.
